1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This page governs use of the website only. The actual delivery of home care (scheduling, pricing, and the specifics of your care plan) is governed by the separate care agreement you review and sign with us directly before service begins, not by this webpage.

2. Who we are

Angel’s Kare Nursing Agency is a family-owned home care agency that provides in-home nursing and senior care directly, across the Greater Toronto Area. We are not a marketplace, referral service, or platform connecting you to independent third-party providers — the caregivers and nurses who visit your home are our own staff, screened, trained, and supervised by us.

3. Services described on this site

Service descriptions, coverage areas, and starting rates on this website are provided for general information and are confirmed, in writing, before any care begins. Pricing shown (such as “from $35/hour”) reflects a starting point for the Greater Toronto Area and may vary by the specifics of your situation. Funding or coverage language (HCAI, WSIB, IFHP, or other programs) is always exploratory, described as “may qualify” or “may cover,” and is confirmed for your specific situation on your intake call, never guaranteed by anything stated on this website.

4. Staffing & continuity

We assign a lead caregiver to your family, matched by skill, availability, and language, along with a trained backup who knows your care plan for days the lead caregiver is unavailable. While continuity is central to how we work and we make every reasonable effort to keep the same lead caregiver in place, we cannot guarantee that one specific individual will attend every single visit indefinitely — illness, scheduling conflicts, and staff turnover can require a substitution. Where a change is needed, we aim to notify your family first and introduce the covering caregiver before they attend.

5. Not medical, legal, or financial advice

Content on this website, including blog articles and funding information, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of your physician, a qualified benefits advisor, or legal counsel. Always consult the appropriate professional for decisions about your family’s health, coverage, or finances.

6. Booking & cancellations

Care visits are scheduled directly with your care manager. We do not require long-term contracts, and there is no lock-in period. Specific notice requirements for cancelling or rescheduling a visit are set out in your care agreement, not on this page.

7. Your responsibilities

When arranging care, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the person receiving care, so we can build a safe and appropriate care plan, and to maintain a safe working environment in the home for our caregivers and nurses. You remain responsible for your own or your family member’s medical decisions; our care managers and nurses provide observations and recommendations, but major care decisions are yours to make, in consultation with your physician where appropriate.

8. Website availability & accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Angel’s Kare Nursing Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in this section limits our obligations under the care agreement you sign for actual service delivery, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website belong to Angel’s Kare Nursing Agency and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the website’s normal operation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
