Straight answer first

We will tell you what we can staff before you plan around it.

Plenty of agencies list every town in the region and work out the staffing later. That is how families end up with a confirmed start date and a caregiver who never arrives.

Halton is west of where we are based. We cover it, and we cover it case by case rather than from a standing local roster — which means the honest sequence is: you tell us the town, the hours and the kind of care, and we come back with what we can actually staff. Coverage is strongest nearer Mississauga and thins as you move west toward Acton.

If we cannot cover your situation well, we will say so on the first call. That is a worse sales pitch and a better outcome, and it is the same reason our respite page points families at a publicly funded option we do not profit from.

What does not change in Halton

The model travels even when the roster is thinner.

Whatever we can staff, you get the same structure as a Brampton family: one care manager who writes the plan and owns it, a lead caregiver your family meets before care starts, and a trained backup who already knows the plan so a sick day never means a stranger at the door.

CNO-registered nurses handle clinical needs within their scope — wound care, medications, assessments — and your care manager keeps one written plan that everyone works from. See how it works →

What it costs

Funding first. Then a written quote.

We do not publish an hourly rate, because what you pay depends on the visit, the care and above all on whether a program covers it. So we check that first, free, before quoting anything. Most families qualify through more routes than they expect. Anything a program does not cover is quoted in writing before care begins.

We handle the paperwork and bill the program directly.

Written before care begins

Halton questions

What Halton families ask us.

We place caregivers across Halton case by case rather than from a standing local roster - our base is Brampton and Mississauga. Tell us the town, the hours and the kind of care, and we confirm what we can genuinely staff before you plan around it. If we cannot cover it well, we say so on the first call rather than three weeks in.
Once we have confirmed a match, in as little as 24 to 48 hours. Confirming the match is the step that varies here, which is why we do not quote a start date before we have checked availability for your town.
Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown, Halton Hills and Acton. Coverage is strongest closest to our Mississauga side and thins as you go west, and we will tell you which of those you are in.
Often yes, and discharge is a common reason for a Halton call. Tell us the discharge date as early as you have it - the first days home are when setbacks happen, and lead time is what lets us staff it properly.
Possibly. Public funding through Ontario Health atHome, extended benefits through work or retirement, auto insurance after a collision, WSIB after a workplace injury. We check every route free before quoting anything, and anything not covered is quoted in writing before care begins.

Tell us the town and we will confirm what we can staff.
