Meet your caregiver first
Your care manager designs the care plan, and you approve the caregiver before care starts. The person you meet is the person who comes.

A lead caregiver who knows the plan, weekly updates without asking, and a care manager who adjusts things as needs change.
Already have a home care agency? You may still qualify for more hours.
We often work as an add-on agency alongside the team you already have. When funding allows (auto insurance, WSIB, IFHP, extended benefits, and other programs), those extra hours may cost your family little or nothing — we check first and bill the program directly when approved.
Your primary agency keeps their role. We fill the gaps: evenings, weekends, overnight, language match, or simply more hours than they can cover.
